ICJ's Israel genocide case ruling met with disappointment in Gaza
There was a feeling of disappointment and trepidation in Gaza after the International Court of Justice (ICJ) delivered its interim ruling on South Africa's genocide case against Israel.
The Hague-based court ordered on Friday that Israel take all measures within its power to prevent genocide in Gaza, as well as allow aid to enter the enclave.
However, it fell short of calling on Israel to halt its military operations in the strip, something many had hoped would be the case.
"[The rulings] are all recommendations. None of them are mandatory, and it is up to Washington and Israel and their allies if they want to take action," she added.
The ICJ only has jurisdiction over states, and can therefore give orders to Israel, but not to Hamas, a non-state entity.
Iranian dissidents at home and abroad go on hunger strike to protest executions
Some foreign-based Iranian human rights groups have said the Islamic republic executed more than 700 prisoners last year.
The once-great Persian empire and civilization, an incubator for science and art, is now a theocratic, misogynist hell-hole (thanks, in part, to a CIA-sponsored coup d’etat that deposed the democratically elected government in 1953) that sponsors the armed Islamic fundamentalist legions of Hamas, Hezb’Allah, and the Islamic Jihad across the Levant.
Hungary- Orban Urges Congress to Ratify Sweden's NATO Accession
With Türkiye's ratification on Tuesday, Hungary remains the only NATO member that hasn't approved Sweden's application.
Orban shows himself to be a asset of the banking cartel, despite his opposition to funding the war against Russia in Ukraine. NATO expansion is simply a means of placing troops on Russia’s border and violates NATO’s promise not to expand.
NATO's Steadfast Defender 2024 May be Used as Cover for Giving More Arms to Ukraine – Expert
According to the alliance's website, the drills are aimed at showing NATO's ability to "deploy forces rapidly from North America and other parts of the Alliance to reinforce the defense of Europe."
Serbian military expert Edin Subasic has suggested that "the drills could also become a cover for the delivery of new strategic assistance to Ukraine: the military equipment involved could subsequently remain with Kiev." …
In addition, the largest ever military drills could also be used to try to draw some Russian forces away from the zone of the special military operation, per Dandykin. Presently, the Russian military are steadily continuing to improve their strategic positions along the entire front line. "Things are pretty bad now [for the Ukrainian military] there," he concluded.
After the public’s rebuke to Biden floating the idea that US citizens may be drafted to serve in Ukraine, the cartel has come up with an alternate plan to continue its manufactured war on Russia. Apparently, they are warming up for their next false-flag event to serve as an excuse to deploy NATO troops.
Putin: Fragments From Il-76 Plane Crash Show Missile System of Western Origin
On Wednesday, the Il-76 transport aircraft with 65 Ukrainian PoWs being transported for exchange crashed in Russia's Belgorod Region, the Russian Ministry of Defense said. All the PoWs, along with six crew members and three accompanying persons on board died. Russian Ministry accused the Ukrainian forces of downing the plane. …
He (Putin) said it was obvious that the missiles that shot down the Russian Il-76 aircraft in the Belgorod region were launched from Kiev-controlled territories.
Constitutionally, Texas is on solid ground
… The states performed activities that we associate with sovereignty. Massachusetts, Connecticut, and South Carolina outfitted ships to cruise against the British. It was the troops of Connecticut that took Ticonderoga. In New Hampshire, the executive was authorized to issue letters of marque and reprisal. …
Article II of the Articles of Confederation says the states "retain their sovereignty, freedom, and independence"; they must have enjoyed that sovereignty in the past in order for them to "retain" it in 1781 when the Articles were officially adopted. The ratification of the Constitution was accomplished not by a single, national vote, but by the individual ratifications of the various states, each assembled in convention. …
And according to the great international lawyer Emmerich de Vattel in his 1758 book The Law of Nations, sovereignty is not forfeited by joining a confederation. …
Since the peoples of the states are the sovereigns, then when the federal government exercises a power of dubious constitutionality on a matter of great importance, it is they themselves who are the proper disputants, as they review whether their agent was intended to hold such a power. …
In other words, the courts have their role, but in “great and extraordinary cases” it would be absurd for the states, the fundamental building blocks of the United States, not to be able to defend themselves against the exercise of usurped power, even when the usurpation occurs at the hands of the courts.

Report- Each Facebook User Is Tracked by Thousands of Companies
… On average, each participant in the study had their data sent to Facebook by 2,230 companies. That number varied significantly, with some panelists’ data listing over 7,000 companies providing their data. …
Retailers like Home Depot, Walmart and Macy’s all were in the top 100 most frequently-seen companies in the study. Credit reporting and consumer data companies such as Experian and TransUnion’s Neustar also made the list, as did Amazon, Etsy and PayPal. …
Even a “global opt-out” mechanism allowing users to avoid having their data shared is not enough because “that still requires the user to take an action to protect their privacy. A lot of people are not going to have the time or knowledge to do that” …
“I think people should be encouraging their elected officials to pass privacy laws that require businesses to change some of these business practices to stop this ubiquitous tracking of our every click and every movement” …
How do you change the law when the corporate state owns the legislators? This is the same erroneous thinking—lacking awareness that the banks and their global for-profit corporate pyramid control the Fed and the government—that believes laws could be changed to tax the rich. For the power structure to change, the Fed must become a public utility.

As we noted over 6 months ago, the financiers’ war on Russia, followed by sanctions on Russian oil and price-gouging beginning with the cartel’s oil companies, have manufactured a recession, contrary to various corporate media sites that insisted the economy was in good shape.
The result, of course, is more bankruptcies, foreclosures, asset seizures, homelessness, deaths, and centralization of ownership—all consistent with the financiers’ objectives: power, profit, propaganda, and population reduction. The implementation of artificial intelligence is helping to facilitate the cartel’s layoff strategy.
