It has been legal for government officials to lie since Obama signed the 2016 National Defense Authorization Act.
And there is still much more to mention; for instance, would the FBI or local police secretly own and operate newspapers, internet blogs or news websites, t.v. stations, etc., so that they could secretly have “a significant effect on […] the legitimate operation of a Federal, state, or local governmental” process like elections?
This is an indication that the article is designed as limited hangout, because the FBI, CIA, and other intelligence services operate in the interest of a handful of financiers who control the global for-profit corporate pyramid, as is easily proven using publicly available corporate ownership records. Here’s a current reminder of one of the two key controlling interests in that global crime syndicate:

While the money and document trail is valuable, the article is pushing the manufactured climate change agenda that is based on manipulated data. As previously noted, we are not saying that climate change is irrelevant, only that the actual data and research supports a different approach divorced from the banking cartel’s UN 2030 agenda.
"The Office of the New York Attorney General should investigate whether leading energy companies are conducting a scam to prop up their share prices by minimizing the risk that climate change poses to their business models," the memo states. "That risk is simple: energy company valuations are driven by ‘proven reserves’ of oil, gas, and coal."
This statement indicates the article is limited hangout, because it implies that the oil companies profit agenda is behind the effort to delegitimize actual climate change actions when, in fact, it is the financiers (they control the oil companies) who are behind manufactured climate change movement.
Another example of using “climate change” to advance the cartel’s agenda (The UN/WEF motto: “You will own nothing and be happy.”) is the use of directed energy weapons to burn up and take over large swaths of valuable agricultural and urban land. What happened in Hawaii is the same scam used earlier in California—blame it on the utility company and bail them out after starting scores of fires overnight.

And Jacobin, which purports to be a progressive website, is perpetuating this lie.

“The purpose of these taxpayer-funded projects is to develop AI-powered censorship and propaganda tools that can be used by governments and Big Tech to shape public opinion,” according to a report released this week by the U.S. House Judiciary’s Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government. …
The Biden administration is funding research on artificial intelligence (AI) tools to identify and censor “misinformation,” “disinformation” and “malinformation” online, according to a U.S. House of Representatives interim report released Monday.
In other words, the corporate press and the government lie to the public and then prosecute and censor those who use actual facts to show that the government is lying. Julian Assange is just one example.
Further, the banking cartel underwrites many organizations that the press, corporate and otherwise, characterize as leftist environmentalists, etc., when in fact these organizations are fascist, carrying out the financiers’ agenda, in this case depopulation:

Mehta argues this “ecocide” can be prevented through legal “deterrence and prevention” measures. By introducing legislation against “ecocide,” the international criminal courts (as well as national governments) could go after energy companies, agriculture, and others deemed to be offenders and prosecute them for future disasters that will allegedly occur.
In other words, farmers, ranchers and fishermen must be punished for the crime of growing, raising or harvesting food. “The designation of farming and fishing as ecocide, and then the criminalization of ecocide, is just one of many efforts designed to prevent average citizens from producing or procuring food,” notes this article.
The arrest for crimes against humanity of those promoting the WEF agenda is long overdue.

Texas building massive military base on US-Mexico border
During a press conference, the governor announced the new base would house 1,800 Texas National Guard troops and would be able to accommodate 500 additional troops if the Texas Tactical Border Force was deployed, according to The Texas Tribune.
Georgia governor sending Nat’l Guard to Texas
According to The Associated Press, Kemp explained that Georgia will deploy a team of 15 to 20 National Guard troops to establish a command post in support of the Texas National Guard.
Tuesday’s (2/13/24) press release noted that Kemp’s decision to deploy National Guard troops to Texas was supported by the Georgia state legislature.
Biden giving veteran healthcare resources to illegal immigrants
“[Biden’s] decided, OK, we’ve got to feed all these 10 million people we’ve let come across the border, we’ve got to house them, and we’ve got to give them health care,” Tuberville told Fox News. “They’ve opened up care from the doctors in these [VA] community care systems. The lines now in the VAs are getting longer. Our funds that are supposed to go to the veterans are going to these illegal immigrants that are coming across.”
Given that the US, as a tool for the Anglo-Euro-American banking cartel, is creating various humanitarian crises that are driving massive illegal immigration, the money would be better spent ameliorating the root cause: manufactured economic disparity and imperialism.
86% of Americans think Biden too old for president, poll shows
According to the poll, 59% of American adults think both Biden and former President Donald Trump are too old to serve as president …
An ABC News and Ipsos poll released on Sunday found that the number of Americans who believe Biden is too old for another four years in the White House increased 12% since a September poll with The Washington Post. While ABC News reported in September that 74% of Americans thought Biden was too old to serve another term as president, the number jumped to 86% over the weekend following Special Counsel Robert Hur’s report on Biden’s handling of classified documents last week. …
While Hur did not recommend charges against Biden for his handling of classified information, Hur described Biden as an “elderly man with a poor memory.”
The Special Counsel’s report included multiple examples of the president’s “significantly limited” memory based on interviews with Biden during the investigation and warned that a jury would be unlikely to convict Biden if charges were brought against him over his handling of classified information due to his memory issues.
In response to Hur’s assessment of the president, Biden held a press conference Thursday night, where he claimed that his memory was “fine.” However, while the president attempted to discredit Hur’s assessment of his memory, Biden appeared to confuse two foreign presidents and forget the name of a Catholic parish during his press conference.
The article is another good example of limited hangout because it uses facts to perpetuate the lie that the POTUS has any say in US policy-making, given that both political parties, the electronic voting and counting machines, and the mass media are controlled by the same small group of financiers who leverage the intelligence agencies to run the government apparatus.
Complaints against NYPD cops spiked 50% in 2023, highest total in a decade, report says
“The sharp jump in complaints last year to a 10-year high is an alarming sign the NYPD is becoming much more abusive with New Yorkers,” said Christopher Dunn, legal director of the New York Civil Liberties Union. “And we are particularly concerned about increasing stop-and-frisk complaints, which signal a return to a tactic that has racial profiling at its core and carries little public-safety benefit.”
