FDA admits it lied regarding Ivermectin
FDA Settles Lawsuit over Ivermectin Social Media Posts
The FDA has agreed to delete and never republish several social-media posts suggesting that ivermectin, a drug that some doctors used to treat COVID-19, is for animals and not humans. …
The case was initially dismissed on the grounds the FDA had "sovereign immunity," though a U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit reversed the lower court's decision saying that the "FDA is not a physician."
The appeals court also said that, "Even tweet-sized doses of personalized medical advice are beyond the FDA's statutory authority."
This verdict does not go far enough. The FDA knowingly committed a crime that was a factor in many deaths and injuries while the drug was in general and successful use overseas. Those responsible should be in prison.

Russian MP warns French soldiers not to enter Ukraine
Pyotr Tolstoy has accused Paris of provoking World War III
France should think twice before sending troops to Ukraine, Russian State Duma Deputy Chairman Pyotr Tolstoy has said. Speaking to French BFM TV on Thursday, he warned that any French soldier who comes to Ukraine to fight against Russia will be eliminated. …
Meanwhile, in an interview with the news agency dpa this week, Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski said that the fact that Western forces are already present in Ukraine is an “open secret.”
Russian President Vladimir Putin said this week that Moscow was aware that Western soldiers, including French nationals, have been taking part in the conflict for some time. He warned, however, that direct deployment of Western troops to Ukraine would be seen by Moscow as the start of a direct confrontation.
As we have noted, NATO troops have been operating in Ukraine for some time. Now, Russia has finally decided to make an issue of it, basically making Paris, London, Bonn, and Washington DC potential targets in retaliation for their attacks on Russian troops and acts of war, assassinations, and sabotage targeting Russia proper.

Carbon Isotope Data Undermine Theory That Humans Are Primary Drivers Of CO2 Increases
It is routinely claimed that a telltale sign human emissions (fossil fuels) have irrevocably altered the atmospheric CO2 concentration is a declining trend in carbon isotope 13 (δ13C), considered an interruption of natural carbon cycle processes.
But new research examining isotopic data from four observation sites (South Pole, Mauna Loa, Barrow, La Jolla – regarded as “global” in their coverage) indicates there is no isotopic pattern consistent with a human fingerprint.
This is not to say that the burning of petroleum products is without its effect on the atmosphere but, as we’ve noted before, the temperature data has been manipulated. The effect of this pollution is much less than is being promoted by the cartel for their UN/World Economic Forum 2030 Agenda—”You will own nothing and be happy.” Further, the cartel suppresses patents on cleaner combustion and more efficient engines. And, of course, there are alternative fuels, such as hydrogen, that are less harmful.
Assange Lawyer Denies Report of Plea Deal
As the world awaits a U.K. court ruling on Julian Assange’s potential extradition to the United States, The Wall Street Journal reported Wednesday that the WikiLeaks founder’s attorneys and U.S. Department of Justice officials “have had preliminary discussions” about allowing him to plead guilty to a reduced charge to end the lengthy legal battle.
“If prosecutors allow Assange to plead to a U.S. charge of mishandling classified documents—something his lawyers have floated as a possibility—it would be a misdemeanor offense,” the Journal detailed, citing unnamed sources. “Under such a deal, Assange potentially could enter that plea remotely, without setting foot in the U.S.”
“The time he has spent behind bars in London would count toward any U.S. sentence, and he would likely be free to leave prison shortly after any deal was concluded,” according to the report—on which a Justice Department spokesperson declined to comment. …
Assange attorney Barry Pollack said in a statement Wednesday that “it is inappropriate for Mr. Assange’s lawyers to comment while his case is before the U.K. High Court other than to say we have been given no indication that the Department of Justice intends to resolve the case and the United States is continuing with as much determination as ever to seek his extradition on all 18 charges, exposing him to 175 years in prison.”
Human rights and press freedom advocates worldwide and even some U.S. lawmakers have warned of the broader impacts of a conviction. Kathleen McClellan and Jesselyn Radack wrote Saturday in Salon that the precedent set by the cases of Assange, Timothy Burke, and Catherine Herridge “will apply in future to anyone engaging in such entirely normative journalistic activities as cultivating sources while protecting their anonymity, and seeking to publish information in the public interest that governments or other powerful forces seek to control.”
The so-called “progressive” media continues to ignore the most basic issues regarding Assange’s incarceration: 1) The New York Times published secret government documents (The Pentagon Papers) without reprisal; and, the files released by Wikileaks show criminal activity by the US military and Hillary Clinton.
Assange should not admit to any wrongdoing. Instead, certain members of the military and Hillary Clinton should be indicted and tried.
IOC urges sports, countries to avoid Russia's Friendship Games
The IOC denounced diplomatic moves to promote the inaugural event in September as "a cynical attempt by the Russian Federation" to bring politics into sports.
IOC bars Russia, Belarus from Paris Olympics opening parade
The IOC has laid out a vetting procedure for Russian and Belarusian athletes to be granted neutral status, with requirements including that they must not have publicly supported the invasion of Ukraine, or be affiliated with military or state security agencies.
The Olympics are a bad joke, run by the banking cartel and their public-sector subsidiaries as a propaganda machine; e.g., still pushing the storyline that the US did not stage a coup d’état in Ukraine in 2014 and install neo-Nazis that killed 14,000 ethnic Russians in eight years, and that Russia responded to pleas to stop the slaughter.
Yemen's Indian Ocean checkmate
Our people are ready to send hundreds of thousands of mujahideen to Palestine. Okay, geography might pose a problem. It could be a problem for our people to go there in large numbers. Nevertheless, and despite all the obstacles, we will not hesitate to do whatever we can. We are completely coordinated with our brothers in the Jihad and resistance front to do anything and everything that we can do. – Abdul-Malik al-Houthi, 10 October 2023 …
The 12 percent of global trade passing through the Bab al-Mandeb Strait has already suffered a blow to the core. The resulting disruptions, including increased shipping costs and insurance premiums, are anticipated to fuel inflation and potentially paralyze Israeli ports such as Eilat and decrease traffic in Haifa. …
Ali al-Qahum of Ansarallah's Political Bureau characterizes this expansion as a "shocking and unexpected surprise" for the resistance's adversaries. At the same time, it amplifies Yemen's globally strategic significance as a military force – one that can successfully execute a comprehensive siege on Israel.
Despite the so-called “progressive” media’s characterization of the hostilities in the Levant as political, economic, and military issues that started recently (take your pick: October 2023 with the Hamas invasion, and/or 1948 with the reestablishment of Israel, and/or 1896 with Herzl’s book on Zionism), fundamentalist Islam pulls no punches regarding the longstanding religious war (Jihad) of 1400 years that it has waged against Jews, just as the Roman church before them (for 1700 years at this point), based on the lie that the Jews killed Jesus coupled with the claim by each of these proselytizing religions that they harbor the final word in universal religious belief and that the world must worship as they do.
Yemeni Territory Under Renewed Attack by Western Forces
According to the United States Central Command, attacks by the coalition force will not cease until the stability of navigation in the Red Sea is guaranteed. …
Meanwhile the Yemeni forces will have no compassion for the ships of the Western powers on the Red Sea, especially the ships of Israel and its allies.
Russia, China veto US-led UN resolution on Gaza ceasefire
That resolution, a draft copy of which was seen by Reuters, demands an immediate ceasefire for the current Muslim holy month of Ramadan, the release of all hostages and an expanded flow of humanitarian assistance to Gaza.
The draft does not include provisions supporting ongoing diplomatic efforts to secure a ceasefire - an element of the U.S. resolution. Washington has been working with Qatar and Egypt to try to broker a deal. …
Friday was the first time Washington had backed a text that came up for a vote with the word "ceasefire" in it during the war in Gaza, reflecting a toughening of the Biden administration's stance toward Israel. …
Russia's ambassador to the U.N., Vassily Nebenzia, said the U.S.-led resolution was "exceedingly politicized" and contained an effective green light for Israel to mount a military operation in Rafah, a city on the southern tip of the Gaza Strip where more than half of the enclave's 2.3 million residents have been sheltering in makeshift tents. …
China's U.N. ambassador, Zhang Jun, criticized the text proposed by the U.S. for not clearly stating its opposition to a planned military operation by Israel in Rafah, which he said could lead to severe consequences. He said Beijing also supported the alternative.
Illegal immigrant revealed as Hezbollah terrorist, planned ‘to make a bomb’
The documents obtained by The New York Post indicate that Ebbadi told U.S. officials that he had previously been trained by Hezbollah, an Iranian-backed terrorist organization located in Lebanon. After training with Hezbollah for seven years, Ebbadi was reportedly an active member of the terrorist organization for four years and was responsible for guarding weapons.
The illegal immigrant also reportedly told U.S. officials that his training with Hezbollah concentrated on “jihad” and killing people “that was not Muslim.” Ebbadi explained that he was initially planning to travel to New York before moving throughout the United States.
Illegal immigrant allowed to carry guns, judge rules
U.S. District Judge Sharon Johnson Coleman recently ruled that an illegal immigrant previously charged for carrying a semi-automatic firearm could legally carry guns under the Second Amendment.
Since when are illegal residents protected by the Constitution? If they are illegal, then they should be deported. The issue creating the immigration influx is the financiers’ imperialist policies in the third world.
Illegal immigrant on terror watchlist arrested- Report
Campbell explained that law enforcement officials were finally able to arrest Hagos after a “four hour long standoff.” Cambell noted that Hagos was transported to Albermarle District Jail, where he remains under a $100,000 bond. The sheriff added that an investigation is ongoing and that additional charges could be brought against the illegal immigrant. …
According to The Daily Wire, ICE officials have submitted a detainer request against Hagos, suggesting that ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations division could be waiting to deport the 32-year-old illegal immigrant.
Supreme Court gives Texas major border security win
According to The Texas Tribune, the Supreme Court’s ruling to allow Texas to enforce Senate Bill 4 comes just one day after the Supreme Court extended an order by Justice Samuel Alito that temporarily blocked Texas from enforcing the illegal immigration law. Senate Bill 4 allows local law enforcement officials to arrest and impose criminal penalties on illegal immigrants. The legislation also gives state judges the authority to deport illegal immigrants.
Blinken assures Philippines of US ‘ironclad defense commitments
In a joint press briefing with Foreign Affairs Secretary Enrique Manalo in Pasay City, Blinken stressed that the Philippines and the US have a “shared concern” about China’s actions in the disputed waters. He also said that Beijing’s behavior threatens the “vision for a free and open Indo-Pacific.”
How the Philippines Were Crucial to the Making of American Empire
From its vicious occupation in the early 20th century to its military bases in the present, the US has long had a brutal, domineering relationship with the Philippines. And crucially, it’s depended on the labor of colonized Filipinos themselves.
How Libya Is Descending Into A Russia-Turkey Proxy War
Libya has been torn by civil war since longtime dictator Muammar Qaddafi was killed in an uprising in 2011 following a NATO-led bombing campaign.
Like Iraq, Libya was the victim of a US/CIA coup d’état that has led to chaos, death, and poverty.
Pentagon’s $850 billion budget would tap US stockpiles to arm Taiwan
It would be similar to the more than 50 Presidential Drawdown Authority packages that the U.S. has used to replace weapons provided to Ukraine since Russia’s invasion. Taiwan’s supporters in Congress have called for a comparable level of urgency in providing it arms to counter China’s increasing aggressiveness toward the self-governed island it claims as its own.
Japan, US eye greater production of defense parts amid concerns over insufficient US stockpile
U.S. production capacity has been strained by its support for Ukraine, which has been subject to Russian aggression. Japan is aiming to demonstrate the unity of the Japan-U.S. alliance by supporting U.S. aid for Ukraine, and to maintain deterrence.

How a handful of billionaires created the transgender "movement"
The cultural shifts we see today regarding gender identity are largely influenced by huge capital inflows from governments, philanthropists, corporations, and investment management and accounting firms like Blackrock and Ernst & Young. While some believe that the ideology originated in universities, funding is directed to these institutions to promote the idea of synthetic sex identities as progressive, which students then carry into the world.
To comprehend the motivations of governments, philanthropists, and big business in this ideology, we must examine its implications. Gender ideology deconstructs human reproductive sex legally, linguistically, socially, and is also attacking mostly young people’s reproductive organs by sterilizing them. It is marketing disassociation from sexed reality presented as progressive, which is especially confusing to young people in using their naturally rebellious youthfulness as a corporate trap.
Paralyzed man uses Elon Musk’s brain chip implant to play chess, move computer mouse
A viral video shared Wednesday on social media shows a quadriplegic patient controlling a game of chess on a laptop with his mind with the help of Elon Musk’s Nerualink brain chip implant. …
During Wednesday’s livestream, Arbaugh said that it “became intuitive” for him to “start imagining the cursor moving” after he received the brain chip implant and started practicing on the computer. …
While Arbaugh acknowledged that Neuralink’s brain implant technology is not perfect and has room for improvement, he told viewers that the brain chip has “already changed my life. The quadriplegic added that the initial implant surgery “was super easy.” …
In response to Wednesday’s livestream, Musk released a statement on X, formerly Twitter, foreshadowing the company’s future plans. He said, “Long-term, it is possible to shunt the signals from the brain motor cortex past the damaged part of the spine to enable people to walk again and use their arms normally.”
As McLuhan noted over 60 years ago, technological innovations do not carry a bias. It is their application that determines their positive or negative effects. This article highlights a positive application of a brain-chip interface, but it is no longer difficult to imagine how such technology could be used by the fascists (who run the US, UK, EU, etc.) to control thought.
Supreme Court unanimously rules against government in No Fly List case
Fikre alleges that he traveled to Sudan in late 2009 in pursuit of growing an electronics business in his native East Africa. The FBI questioned him while in Sudan, according to court filings, telling Fikre he was on the No Fly List and could be removed if he became an informant.
Fikre allegedly refused and moved to the United Arab Emirates, where he claims he was then abducted and tortured for months by the country’s secret police at the FBI’s request. After leaving the United Arab Emirates, Fikre says he moved to Sweden, filed his lawsuit and sought asylum. …
The government warned that not declaring lawsuits like Fikre’s moot at the onset could require the government to disclose classified information. The Supreme Court rejected that assertion, enabling Fikre’s case to move ahead.
The government uses the excuse of national security to persecute those who advocate positions counter to that of the banking cartel’s Party line. If this were not the case, then it should release information on anyone denied their right to fly.
The United States Supreme Court ruled unanimously on Friday that government officials who post about work-related topics on their personal social media accounts can be held liable for violating the First Amendment rights of constituents by blocking their access or deleting their critical comments.
Gov’t officials can block Americans on social media, Supreme Court rules
The U.S. Supreme Court unanimously ruled Friday that government officials can legally block constituents on social media in certain situations when it is clear they are not claiming to be exercising their official authority.
The media found the verdicts confusing. In any case, the question is whether a public official is acting in a personal or public capacity. In a personal capacity, one can block comments; in a public capacity, one cannot.
Google has interfered 41 times in US elections
“MRC researchers have found 41 times where Google interfered in elections over the last 16 years, and its impact has surged dramatically, making it evermore harmful to democracy,” Media Research Center Free Speech America Vice President Dan Schneider and editor Gabriela Pariseau stated. “In every case, Google harmed the candidates – regardless of party – who threatened its left-wing candidate of choice.”
There is no democracy in the US. Both political parties are owned by the same small group of financiers, who also own the manufacturing and programming of the electronic voting and counting machines, as well as the media. There is no left-wing, just different flavors of fascism.
The CIA’s Secret War — Using Russian Fascists to Fight Russia
In the days leading to the Russian presidential election that concluded on Sunday, a network of three Russian paramilitary organizations working under the auspices of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, or GUR, launched a series of attacks on the territory of the Russian Federation. …
The operation was months in the planning, and involved the Russian Volunteer Corps (RDK), the Freedom of Russian Legion (LSR), and the Siberia Battalion. All three of these organizations are controlled by the GUR, whose spokesman announced the attacks.
Left unsaid is the degree to which the C.I.A. was involved in what amounts to an invasion of the territory of the Russian Federation by forces operating under the umbrella of what is openly acknowledged to be a proxy war between the United States and its NATO allies against Russia.
It is the CIA, and not Russia, that interferes in domestic and foreign elections.
