Fascism, American style
“The real truth of the matter is, as you and I know, that a financial element in the large centers has owned the government ever since the days of Andrew Jackson. ... Presidents are not elected, but selected by a small elite.” —Franklin Delano Roosevelt, in a letter to Edward Mandell House, dated November 21, 1933
Supreme Court allows White House contacts with social media firms
In a 6-3 ruling, the majority said the challengers did not have legal grounds — or standing — to bring the case against the Biden administration. …
State leaders in Missouri and Louisiana, in addition to individual social media users, filed a lawsuit accusing the Biden administration of violating the First Amendment by operating a sprawling federal “censorship enterprise” to improperly influence platforms to modify or take down posts related to public health and elections.
In a 6-3 ruling, the court said the states and individuals could not show they were directly harmed by the communication between federal officials and social media platforms.
Supreme Court ruling could impact hundreds of Jan 6 obstruction charges
The majority determined that the Justice Department prosecutions were too broad, with the law intended to prosecute white collar criminals for things like tampering with physical evidence.
Supreme Court Overturns ‘Chevron Doctrine,’ Curtailing Federal Government Power
The Supreme Court in a vote of 6–3 overturned the Chevron deference doctrine, a bureaucracy-empowering judicial doctrine that critics say led to the explosive growth of the U.S. government in recent decades. …
The doctrine provides a legal underpinning for the modern administrative state, which critics deride as an illegitimate fourth branch of government. Limited-government advocates had pressed for decades to abolish the doctrine.
As we noted in a recent post, the traditional labels of liberal and conservative no longer apply to the blue and red parties, with the corporate overseers having split progressive and regressive positions between the two parties, both of which they control, along with the manufacturing and programming of the electronic voting and counting machines, all three branches of government, the media, the legal and medical industries, etc.
Seen in this context, the responses (in the articles linked above) to these rulings by SCOTUS reveal a lack of understanding of the power structure. For example:
The claim by the Supreme Court in the social media case basically protects censorship by the Biden administration, hardly a traditional position of the blue party, but something the financiers require to stay in power;
The decision regarding obstruction on January 6 ostensibly protects the right to protest, but the event was, in actuality, an FBI sting operation to keep the red and blue ditto heads at each other’s throats, in which it obviously has succeeded; and,
The nullification of the Chevron doctrine is actually in line with the framers of the Constitution in limiting federal power, which at one time was a cover for states rights and racism, but now is a means for the states and cities to nullify federal mandates for injecting poisons.
In other words, these three rulings are a mixed bag. The court is, after all, a set of puppets for the financiers who, by definition, are fascists (corporate control over the state), e.g.:
The immunity from prosecution for official acts. While the blue party has been quick to say that this makes the President a king, the fact is that it is the CIA, the FBI, and their mafia cohorts that takes care of assassinations, and that a long line of blue and red presidents are party to crimes against humanity, war crimes, and more. So, it is not just Trump that avoids punishment for his crimes while in office conducting “official business; and,
Allowing cities to outlaw camping by the homeless, many of whom became unemployed as a result of the financiers choking the money supply and issuing manipulated numbers to pretend the economy is healthy, all to further their depopulation agenda:
The Supreme Court Erases the Line Between Shelter and Prison
The U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to give cities broader latitude to punish people for sleeping in public when they have no other options will likely result in municipalities taking more aggressive action to remove encampments, including throwing away more of homeless people’s property, advocates and legal experts said.
U.S. Crosses Redline And Russia is Now Ready to Respond With Force
It is one thing for Ukraine to hit military targets inside Russia, but Ukraine’s attack with U.S. supplied missiles today on tourists sunbathing on the beaches of Sevastopol breached a Russian redline that is likely to provoke a significant Russian response, which will include targeting U.S. reconnaissance aircraft operating in the Black Sea and the Baltic Ocean.
US lawmaker condemns attack on Crimea
The American military should not be involved in helping Ukraine to target Russian civilians, Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene has said in response to the deadly ATACMS strike on a Sevastopol beach.
European Union Adopts 14th Sanction Package Against Russia
It forbids reloading services of Russian liquefied natural gas in EU territory for transshipment operations to third countries.
The purpose of this is, of course, to crimp Russia’s economy, but this tactic has failed and after a short blip, Russia jumped to sixth place in terms of forex holdings (World Gold Council).
Russia Denounces Latest European Sanctions as Illegal
Sanctions are an act of war, as are the military actions by NATO under the guise of Ukraine.
Russia Shoots Down 25 Ukrainian Drones Over Five of Its Regions
Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov directed the general staff of the Russian armed forces to propose a plan responding to U.S. drone operations over the Black Sea.
These drone flights heighten the risk of incidents involving Russian Aerospace Forces’ aircraft, thereby increasing the likelihood of direct confrontation between the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and Russia.
“This indicates a growing involvement of the United States and NATO countries in the Ukraine conflict on the side of the Kiev regime. NATO countries will bear responsibility for these actions,” the Defense Ministry stated.
Russian S-350 Air Defense System Effectively Intercepts Western Missiles
On Thursday, the Russian Defense Ministry said that the S-350 Vityaz surface-to-air missile system has effectively intercepted Western missiles in the ongoing special military operation.
Eurasia against NATO- Russia leads the creation of the Multipolar Military Pact
The recent mutual military aid agreement signed between the Russian Federation and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea) is part of a wider context regarding Moscow’s promise to expand its military support for counter-hegemonic countries committed to creation of a multipolar world. The project to deliver weapons to the enemies of the US and NATO – previously proposed by the most patriotic sectors of the Russian State and now adopted by the Kremlin’s high ranks – can be seen as the first step towards the creation of a kind of “multipolar military pact ”, strengthening emerging powers in the fight against the Atlantic axis.
Moscow Pact- Will Russia unite the disunited world?
The so-called Ukraine “peace summit” held in Switzerland last month, the June meeting in Russia of BRICS foreign ministers, Vladimir Putin’s Asian tour, and even this week’s visit by Hungarian PM Viktor Orban to Moscow – all these events are proof that the US and its allies have failed to isolate Russia from the rest of the world.
War crimes by a US-led unit in Ukraine:
In Ukraine, Killings of Surrendering Russians Divide an American-Led Unit
The shooting of the unarmed, wounded Russian soldier is one of several killings that have unsettled the Chosen Company, one of the best-known units of international troops fighting on behalf of Ukraine.
Mr. Grosse’s witness recollection is the only available evidence of the trench killing. But his accounts of other episodes are bolstered by his contemporaneous notes, video footage and text messages exchanged by members of the unit and reviewed by The Times.
In a second episode, a Chosen member lobbed a grenade at and killed a surrendering Russian soldier who had his hands raised, video footage reviewed by The Times shows. The Ukrainian military released video of the episode to showcase its battlefield prowess, but it edited out the surrender.
In a third episode, Chosen members boasted in a group chat about killing Russian prisoners of war during a mission in October
One more instance of the cartel trying to erase a head of state. This will come back to haunt them:
Slovak PM Make his First Public Appearance Since the Assassination Attempt
During his speech Fico praised his Hungarian counterpart Viktor Orbán and reiterated the call for peace talks between Ukraine and Russia. …
According to the perpetrator himself the reasons for the attack were purely the defendant’s disagreement with the directions taken by the politician regarding Ukraine and Russia.
Law enforcement is spying on thousands of Americans’ mail, records show
The U.S. Postal Service has shared information from thousands of Americans’ letters and packages with law enforcement every year for the past decade, conveying the names, addresses and other details from the outside of boxes and envelopes without requiring a court order.

Palestinian talks in China postponed as Hamas, Fatah trade blame
Relations between Hamas and Fatah soured following the 2006 Palestinian elections, which Hamas won before seizing control in a violent coup in the Gaza Strip in 2007. The Fatah-led PA administers parts of the West Bank. Years of reconciliation talks hosted by Egypt, Turkey and others have not led to any agreement between the two. …
Hamas rejects the two-state solution, per its 1988 charter, and calls for an Islamic state in modern-day Israel, the West Bank and Gaza. Hamas floated some acceptance of Israel in a 2017 political document, citing “national consensus,” but reiterated its opposition to “any alternative to the full and complete liberation of Palestine, from the river to the sea,” according to The Associated Press.
The PLO declared its support for a two-state solution in 1988.
Palestine is Gaza. It was the Romans who renamed Israel/Judea (in a effort to wipe it off the map. The Romans also changed the story from their crucifixion of Jesus for sedition (attacking the state money system) to blaming the Jews. This lie was embedded in the New Testament, making it the source of global antisemitism. The Qu’ran adopted this lie.
Israeli Supreme Court rules ultra-Orthodox must serve in the military
The ruling follows decades of controversy over the role in Israeli society of the ultra-Orthodox, also known as the Haredim, which have mushroomed from a small minority into a million-strong community, making up more than 12 percent of the population. Ultra-Orthodox political parties have provided crucial backing to Netanyahu in exchange for the exemption from military service and hundreds of millions of dollars for their community’s institutions.
But in a country where military service is mandatory and battlefields are expanding, Israelis from across the political spectrum have demanded a change to the status quo, and on Tuesday, the Supreme Court made it official.
Although the article does not mention it, some Orthodox sects don’t believe the state of Israel should exist because the Messiah has not appeared. Other sects are of the opinion that the creation of Israel (along with some other events) is a precondition for the Messiah’s appearance.
Israeli Hostage Families Sue UNRWA for Funding Hamas as IDF Troops Redeploy to North
The United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) transferred some $1.3 billion in cash to Gaza over the last six years—money that some are saying was used to build up Hamas and its terror machine, as families of hostages released new footage of the fateful day on October 7th.
Given that Hamas controls Gaza, and that their objectives are to destroy Israel and kill the Jews, it’s likely that a fair share of the UN money went into that effort.
Despite UN report denying famine in Gaza, anti-Israel media continue the lie
“… media like CNN, New York Times and NPR persist in trumpeting the lie that Gaza faces imminent famine—a myth they’ve been promoting hysterically for nearly nine months.
Yet amazingly, just last week, the UN’s Integrated Food Security Phase Classification (IPC) issued a report stating there is no famine in Gaza: “The available evidence does not indicate that famine is currently occurring.”
400 Kenyan police officers arrived on June 25 in Haiti’s capital, Port-au-Prince. The deployment of 600 more is expected to follow in the coming days and weeks. The arrival of the Kenyan police force was authorized by the United Nations Security Council, which last year approved the dispatch of foreign law enforcement forces to the Caribbean country. The dispatch occurred the same day that Kenyan police killed eight protesters in Kenya who were protesting the unpopular neoliberal Finance Bill 2024.
Dear Haiti, our Kenyan police are a problem
Kenya's police are notorious for their violence and disregard for the Kenyan people. As they arrive in Haiti for the "security support" mission, Haitians should be aware of the brutality they will bring to their nation.
‘King’ of Haiti’s 400 Mawozo gang sentenced to 35 years in U.S. prison
Prosecutors hope the tough sentence will send a clear message to Haiti’s criminal gangs, which have been responsible for not just an unprecedented deadly surge in violence in the volatile country but the kidnapping of U.S. citizens to fund their rampage.
US imperialism and racism are being applied full force in Haiti.
Ex-CDC Chief Warns of High-Mortality Bird Flu Pandemic Caused by Gain of Function Research
Former U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Director Dr. Robert Redfield has expressed concerns over a potential avian influenza pandemic caused by reckless gain-of-function research. Redfield stressed he is “less concerned” by the possibility of bird flu jumping between species than he is by an out-of-control manmade virus.
Anyone involved in this research or seeding this virus is guilty of crimes against humanity based on the Nuremberg Code.
5th Human Case of Bird Flu Confirmed in the United States
The release did not elaborate on an exact location where the infected man was, other than a dairy farm in northeast Colorado, while noting the man had mild symptoms including pink eye, and had direct contact with infected cattle.
The department assured local people that experts said the risk to the public is low, saying “Coloradans should feel confident that the state is doing everything possible to mitigate the virus.”
“It is safe to drink pasteurized milk and eat properly handled and cooked dairy, beef, and poultry products in the United States,” it added.
We will monitor how this lab-created virus is being seeded to create the illusion of a pandemic and to justify the illegal mandating of poisonous injections.
Amazon Created List of Do-Not-Promote ‘Anti-Vax’ Books at Behest of Biden Regime, Documents Reveal

Autopsy study linking COVID shots to deaths finally published after Lancet removed it
A systematic review of autopsy-related literature following COVID vaccination finding that 73.9% of the 325 deaths were linked to the shots was published on June 21 in the peer-reviewed journal Forensic Science International.
California Is Finally Awash in Water, but Its Farmers Can’t Get It
Illustrating how broken California’s vast water-delivery system is, many farmers in Central Valley, America’s fruit and vegetable basket, will get just 40% of the federal water they are supposed to this year.
Why? Endangered fish.
The pumps that transport water from wet Northern California to the semiarid south have been drastically slowed to protect threatened migrating smelt, measuring up to 3 inches, and steelhead. That means growers in the U.S.’s richest farming area are having to plant fewer crops even as they are surrounded by water.
In Oregon, water restrictions were blamed on cobalt mining, but all of this is really another ploy to destroy the food supply chain as part of the depopulation agenda.

Iranian reformist wins presidency, beating a prominent hard-liner
Iran’s new president Masoud Pezeshkian campaigned on modest social reforms and engagement with the United States over the country’s nuclear program.
As we noted about 10 days ago, there is large-scale domestic opposition to the theocratic dictatorship presently controlling Iran.
Meanwhile, the only public bank in the US continues to solve social problems, despite the conservative control of the state.
