MERCOSUR Summit—Lula Calls for a Forceful Response to the EU
The Southern Common Market (MERCOSUR) summit—attended by presidents Lula da Silva (Brazil), Alberto Fernandez (Argentina), Mario Abdo (Paraguay), and Luis Lacalle (Uruguay)—will analyze the negotiations of a Free Trade Agreement (FTA) between MERCOSUR and the European Union (EU), given that the European nations have requested that South American countries meet climate-related conditions before ratifying the bilateral deal.
Although Lula assured that he was "committed" to the conclusion of the negotiations, he stressed that the MERCOSUR-EU agreement "must be balanced" and include measures that favor the industrialization of the South American countries.
"We are not interested in agreements that condemn us to be eternal exporters of commodities," the Brazilian leader said, qualifying the environmental annex attached by the EU as "unacceptable."
In the last paragraph above, Lulu is being diplomatic in describing the theft of the Global South’s resources by Anglo-Euro-Americans. Any climate-related discussions must include the exposure of data manipulation and weather manipulation by Anglo-Euro-American cartel and their public-sector subsidiaries.
CELAC-EU Should Address Colonial Legacies Reparation
Opening the summit between the European Union (EU) and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC), Ralph Gonsalves, the prime minister of Saint Vincent & the Grenadines and pro-tempore president of CELAC highlighted the importance of having frank discussions on the reform of the international financial architecture, the promotion of the digital transition, and the improvement of multilateralism.
The Saint Vincent & the Grenadines prime minister also proposed that the CELAC-UE Summit address the issue of historical reparation for the consequences of European colonialism in Latin America and the Caribbean.
“I am hopeful that a paragraph in the declaration will address the historical legacies of native genocide and enslavement of African bodies, as well as something towards reparative justice,” he said, adding that he has already spoken with the European Council President Charles Michel about this issue.
Gonsalves also recalled that the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) previously proposed a "reparative justice strategy" that has to do with issues related to debt relief and social inclusion in education, health, and culture.
Sooner or later, reparations will be paid by the cartel for genocide, slavery, and theft of resources.

Türkiye Is Ready to Host President Putin in August
Erdogan called for extending the (Ukraine export grain) deal last week, stressing that poor African countries in particular are in desperate need of grain shipments from Ukraine.
Erdogan, who has recently approved NATO entry for Finland and Sweden in exchange for F-16s (plus a loan to pay for the cartel-manufactured earthquake to “persuade” him) is lying, because most of the grain is going to wealthier countries:
Grain-Carrying Ships To Leave the Black Sea by July 17—Russia
The Russian authorities … pointed out that there are obvious reasons not to continue the Black Sea Initiative agreed upon in 2022 with the mediation of Turkey and the United Nations, which allowed for the export of Ukrainian food amid the war.
This initiative, which aimed to provide assistance to needy countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America, "has turned into purely commercial exports of Ukrainian food to 'well-fed' countries." …
Russia claimed that out of the 32.6 million tons of cereals exported from the ports of Odessa, Yuzhni, and Chornomorsk since August 2022, 81 percent was sent to high and upper-middle-income countries, while only 2.6 percent reached the poorest countries such as Ethiopia, Yemen, Afghanistan, Sudan, and Somalia.

US ‘debases itself’ by sending cluster munitions to Ukraine—Musk
The US approved the delivery of cluster munitions to Kiev earlier this month, with President Joe Biden calling the move a stopgap measure to allow military production to catch up with soaring demand as both Washington and Kiev are running low on ordinary munitions.
Writing on Twitter on Saturday, the billionaire said: “We have run out of normal ammunition to send Ukraine, so now send them cluster bombs in desperation, debasing ourselves with no change to the outcome.”
All of this is in addition to the US, UK, and France having sent depleted uranium shells before there were any shortages of ammo. These actions constitute #CrimesAgainstHumanity and will put those responsible on the docket at Nuremberg 2.
Chip leaders head to Washington to lobby for China rules relief
As we have discussed, the corporate-state is sacrificing microchip industry revenues to keep China from acquiring the top-end technology, while China and Russia are working on developing their own supply chain for these microprocessors.

Capitalism turns everything, including people and natural resources, into commodities. AI and robotics are, among other things, additional means for the financiers to increase joblessness, bankruptcies, foreclosures, homelessness, and deaths.
