Biden's war on Russia is unconstitutional
Firing US missiles into Russia is not a legitimate "authorization of military force"
Following the 2014 US-backed electoral coup d’etat in Ukraine, which installed and armed a band of neo-Nazis who killed 14,000 ethnic Russians in the next eight years, the US and NATO have been fostering the lie that Ukraine is an independent nation and that Russia was unprovoked in intervening in the hostilities (rather than being invited by the locals to stop the slaughter).
The reality is that Ukraine is a front for the US and NATO. For most of the conflict, weapons from the financiers’ public-sector subsidiaries (US, UK, and most of the EU) were used within Ukraine, in an attempt to stem Russian advances against an army of Ukrainians and mercenaries from around the globe, who were being mowed down by the thousands.
All this changed months ago when Ukraine began firing missiles onto Russian soil and when, this week, the financiers’ puppets in Washington okayed the firing of US missiles into Russia, quickly followed by a similar okay from France regarding their weapons.
This stripped the last veil off the face of the US and NATO war machine which has now, according to military protocols, declared war on Russia.
The problem with “the Biden administration” (clearly Joe Biden is too far gone to be exercising any executive powers) firing missiles (there are also US and NATO officers on the ground) is that according to Article I, Section 8, only Congress has the power to declare war.
Further, firing missiles into Russia is not a legitimate "an authorization of military force” (an alternative legal action) by the President, since it is not in response to a Russian incursion; rather, it is an amplification of US aggression in Ukraine.
The financiers’ corporate media was quick to deny that “Biden’s” actions were a breach of constitutional authority, basing their defense on the notion that the US was supplying the missiles to a foreign power to do its dirty work; but, as noted above, this premise is not credible.
Further, one of Trump’s planks in his campaign was to end this war, and the polls show that this was one of the major factors in folks voting for him (whether or not the votes were properly counted, etc.).
So, not only are “Biden’s” actions unconstitutional, but they are an insult to the American people.
If the Congress were not owned by the financiers, it would be their responsibility to withdraw all funding from the war as a means of reigning in a runaway executive branch carrying out orders from the financiers, or at least add another count to the suspended impeachment proceedings (Biden’s enrichment from his federal office) and get on with it.
The absurdity of “the Biden administration’s” efforts is encapsulated in this Babylon Bee satire.
