According to its own website, the US Marshals Service “has a direct line of accountability to the President through the Attorney General. The President appoints the Director of the US Marshals Service, who then oversees all US Marshals. The President also has the authority to appoint and remove U.S. Marshals.”

So, what happens when the President ignores judicial directives? In Trump’s case, he orders the FBI to arrest the judge who challenges him.

What this means is that Trump and the FBI are in open defiance of the laws of the land. This is nothing new, of course, as one can look at the FBI’s involvement in JFK’s assassination (according to various witnesses and deathbed confessions) as well as the involvement of LBJ (according to his secretary). But in the JFK case, all of this generally remains suppressed by the corporate media, while in Trump’s case he is openly breaking the law.

Harvard:

“The Government has not — and cannot — identify any rational connection between antisemitism concerns and the medical, scientific, technological, and other research it has frozen that aims to save American lives, foster American success, preserve American security, and maintain America’s position as a global leader in innovation,” said the lawsuit, filed in Boston federal court.

“Nor has the Government acknowledged the significant consequences that the indefinite freeze of billions of dollars in federal research funding will have on Harvard’s research programs, the beneficiaries of that research, and the national interest in furthering American innovation and progress,” it added.

The Trump administration:

“The gravy train of federal assistance to institutions like Harvard, which enrich their grossly overpaid bureaucrats with tax dollars from struggling American families is coming to an end,” White House spokesman Harrison Fields said in an email Monday. “Taxpayer funds are a privilege, and Harvard fails to meet the basic conditions required to access that privilege.”

State public school systems are also pushing back against the administration’s attempt to further its racist and misogynist ideology.

In response to tariffs imposed by Washington, China earlier this month began ordering restrictions on the exports of seven rare earth minerals - most of which are known as "heavy" rare earths, which are crucial to the defence sector. …

This is largely believed to be part of why US president Donald Trump is so keen to sign a minerals deal with Ukraine - it wants to reduce dependency on China.

Another place Trump has had his eye on is Greenland - which is endowed with the eighth largest reserves of rare earth elements.

In general, understanding why and how the corporate-state’s denigration of and attacks upon Russia and China often leads to progressive initiatives regarding the Russian point-of-view and the end of the war in Ukraine; but, what kind of response is called for when Russia and China bolster the Islamic dictatorship of Iran?

Anyone who has read the Qur’an and related texts, and has listened to the vitriol of the Jihadists across the globe should understand the objectives of fundamentalist Muslims which (much like fundamentalist Christians) are to force the universal worship of their god, and to institute medieval Sharia law.

So, in light of this religious crusade, why would Russia and China support Iranian ambitions? Is it simply to counter the influence of the western powers, or is there some other, obscure, reason for such regressive behavior?

As a cartel puppet, Trump has no issue cutting back trade with China, despite the negatives for the US military supply chain, perhaps content with the aforementioned backroom deal with Russia and China regarding territorial imperatives. As Trump has noted in his semi-coherent interpretations of his puppet masters’ objectives, there is going to be some economic and social pain in this process although, truth be told, the financiers and their wealthy puppets are licking their chops at the prospects of all the assets they will pick up at fire-sale prices during this systemic reset.

“ALERT: All purchases of Iranian Oil, or Petrochemical products, must stop, NOW! Any Country or person who buys ANY AMOUNT of OIL or PETROCHEMICALS from Iran will be subject to, immediately, Secondary Sanctions,” Trump wrote Thursday in a post online.

“They will not be allowed to do business with the United States of America in any way, shape, or form.”

It’s unclear how Trump would implement the ban, but his alert is a threat that could escalate tensions with China, Iran’s top customer, during an already unstable economic time due to Trump’s tariffs, The Associated Press reported.

Noah Bookbinder, president of the watchdog group Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), is attacking the deal as a major conflict of interest for President Trump. Condon quotes Bookbinder as saying, "You want a president making decisions that are in the best interest of the United States, not his bottom line."

Trump is making “conflicts of interest” a core element in his rapacious business-as-usual.
